Being a first time buyer I was overwhelmed by the amount of information out there. After seeing the 5 star reviews of Frog I reached out to set up an appointment and I was immediately impressed with how efficient they were slotting me in for a meeting that same week. Greg spent time with us running through all our questions in an incredibly friendly and helpful manner so I felt reassured about the whole process and how Frog could help us.We happened to see the house we wanted to purchase over the weekend and Greg was so quick to find the best mortgage deal for us so we could be confident with making an offer. Throughout the process I've found Frog to be very responsive, helpful and clear with communication. The added benefit of having Charley help find home insurance was greatly appreciated.Overall it's been fantastic working with Frog and I know when my fixed rate comes to an end I'll be working with Frog again. Frog Financial has helped me with several mortgages over the years and I just went through the process with them again a month or so ago. Greg and Craig were wonderful throughout the process.
