Frog were incredibly helpful when I approached them for a mortgage recommendation. Craig really took the time to understand what I needed and was very supportive throughout the process. Mortgages and the jargon around them can seem very overwhelming, especially to a first time buyer, but Frog made it a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend!

I went to Frog for mortgage advise on buying a second property. Initially Greg provided me with various options available to me and spent the time explaining the pros and cons of each. The whole team at Frog were outstanding for us. Greg was our contact for our Mortgage application and he couldn't have been more helpful. Usually, I am always reluctant in giving out services base on google search as I believe in referrals for certain important & delicate things like getting a mortgage application done perfectly well. However, I will say my opinion has now changed based on the professionalism and way my application was handled at Frog! Having used Frog Financial intially for a FTB application and now for our remortgage, the Team have been fantastic in supporting us. His advice is based on deep knowledge and experience of the markets and importantly, always from a position of honesty and what is best for the client, rather than his fee. Being a first time buyer I was overwhelmed by the amount of information out there. After seeing the 5 star reviews of Frog I reached out to set up an appointment and I was immediately impressed with how efficient they were slotting me in for a meeting that same week. Greg spent time with us running through all our questions in an incredibly friendly and helpful manner so I felt reassured about the whole process and how Frog could help us.We happened to see the house we wanted to purchase over the weekend and Greg was so quick to find the best mortgage deal for us so we could be confident with making an offer. Throughout the process I've found Frog to be very responsive, helpful and clear with communication. The added benefit of having Charley help find home insurance was greatly appreciated.Overall it's been fantastic working with Frog and I know when my fixed rate comes to an end I'll be working with Frog again.
